We believe that everyone has a role to play in ensuring everyone has what they need to thrive and to have the agency to make choices for themselves. We position our collaborators as experts of their own lives and journey's and we are the catalysts to help them toward their optimal space(s).
Who We Are
Quixotic Solutions is a company built on the premise that we can move mountains through collective work and relationships. Quixotic means that I am ambitious, optimistic, a believer in the impossible, and have an unwavering commitment to DEI work. Solutions are the foundation of how this work evolves.
We've learned from many critical scholars that understanding, examining, and deconstructing complex systems is important, but imagining and rebuilding future possibilities is also vital. We start with problems of practice and end with strategic solutions toward measurable impacts.
