Speaking & Keynote: The late Dr. Maya Angelou reminded us that “people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”. Organization & Planning: Make your DEI work sustainable by embedding the work at multiple levels of an organization. Take the opportunity to invest in your employees, teams, and organization to ensure continuity and evolution of the work. Topics include, but aren’t limited to:

- Establish Employee Resource Groups and DEI Committees designed for equity
- Maximize baseline data to determine organizational strategies and goals

Intercultural Development: Invest in your workforce and leaders’ intercultural competence increasing the ability to shift perspectives and adapt behaviors across cultural differences and similarities.
